Medical Conditions

To ensure that pupils with medical conditions receive appropriate care and support at school.
To properly support pupils with medical conditions so that they have full access to education, including school trips and physical education.
To put in place clear arrangements so that pupils with medical conditions can play a full and active role in school life, remain healthy and achieve their academic potential.
To consult with health and social care professionals, parents/carers and pupils to ensure that the needs of children with medical conditions are effectively supported.
